What we do
We buy vehicles at the end of their life: cars that don't run, wrecks, cars missing parts, old pickups and vans, cars that sat too long. We make an offer by phone, come out to the vehicle in our own tow truck, load it up free and pay the seller at pickup. Same-day pickup is often possible.
How we price

What we hold ourselves to
- We price the car you describe. If the driver finds something big missing, we sort it out with you before the car is loaded, not after.
- The tow is free. It doesn't come out of the offer.
- Illinois paperwork, done properly. The law requires a scrap buyer to record two IDs from the seller and collect proof of ownership. We follow it, and we tell you on the call what papers work for your car.
- No loose catalytic converters. Illinois restricts buying detached converters, so we only buy one attached to its car.
