What are the terms for an offer from this site?
An offer from Cash for Scrap Junk Cars is for the vehicle as you describe it. If the car isn't as described at pickup, the offer may change before the car is loaded, and you can decline. The sale completes when the title or other proof of ownership is signed over and you're paid.
Offers
Offers are made by phone after you send the vehicle's details. There's no obligation to accept one. An offer assumes the vehicle matches what you told us, including which major parts are still on it.
Ownership and paperwork
You must be the owner of the vehicle or have legal authority to sell it. Illinois law requires us to record two forms of identification and collect proof of ownership before we can buy a vehicle. We can't complete a purchase without them.
